"Our house burned down and when everything fell apart Matt was there making sure we had nothing to worry about. This is more than customer service. Matt and Statefarm secured our housing before we even thought about where to stay, they put a few dollars in our pockets so we could have clothes on our backs and food to eat, and a friend to let us know that everything would be alright during and after this devastation. He is a great neighbor and is there when we need him. Always has been"
